We are finally just a few hours from meeting Miss Elysa (aka Elly or Ele). We woke up this morning and left for the Beijing Airport at 0930 where we boarded for Nanchang. We arrived there around 2:30p and then we went to a local supermarket where we bought Elysa's formula. When we arrived at the hotel and came to our room it all become so real that we are here to get our little butterfly. We checked in around 5:30p and from there we prepared our room for Elysa and put the gifts together for the various people who have cared for her. We are excited and can't believe that in just a few hours we will be proud parents of this beautiful little girl. It still all seems so surreal even though we are standing in China about to meet our daughter.
Elysa, right now you are somewhere between Nanchang and Fengcheng sleeping and waiting to meet your mama and baba. Your life and ours' are about to change and turn upside down. However, together as a family we will make it through these difficult days you will have, and your beautiful personality will blossom. We love you and absolutely are thrilled to finally have you in our arms safe and sound!!!
